Who could be happier than Joseph in a Toy Museum?

This the biggest gallstone I got this year. Almost 4 cm of it.

And HARD too… I couldn’t crush it in the gallbladder and had to be removed as a whole stone.

It cempedak season. My patient brought a few cempedak fruits on Friday. I had one for dinner and lunch. The rest were given to the staff.

On Monday, she brought another few. I had one. Gave out the rest.
