We got beaten to runner-up position and to drown our sorrows we went to the Cathay (yes, it was THAT long ago) at the corner between Jalan Pudu and Jalan Bukit Bintang to watch … this … (scroll down la).

This the biggest gallstone I got this year. Almost 4 cm of it.

And HARD too… I couldn’t crush it in the gallbladder and had to be removed as a whole stone.

Cempedak (jackfruit) for breakfast, lunch and dinner

It cempedak season. My patient brought a few cempedak fruits on Friday. I had one for dinner and lunch. The rest were given to the staff.

On Monday, she brought another few. I had one. Gave out the rest.

There are TWO ureters from the left kidney to the bladder. It’s called duplication of the ureter.
