Artistic gymnastics : school holidays!

Here are some updates on Joseph’s gym class. This is not actually a “school holiday” activity. It’s a weekly class for Joseph but I don’t get to see him in action except last Sunday as it was a replacement holiday for the Agong’s birthday.

This is a part of the Majlis Sukan Negeri Pulau Pinang’s program for gymnastics.

Queen, woo.. anything to do with karmasutra?

Mumsgather, well.. they naturally are.. just gotta keep it that way by practice.

Kat, improved after getting STRETCHED to the limit. Hehe.

Chelsea, might be .. check around.

FireHorse, good news. Thanks for letting us in on the results. :-)

Perky, uahh.. hmm… *start dreaming*.. anyway.. it all starts with a dream!

Nyonya, haha.. a star no matter what :-)

Capt Picard, kids have got this advantage, of course. :-)

    George, will do.. :-)

Eve, can start again… take a cue from Hijackqueen.. yoga is a start, perhaps? Hehe.

May, hey.. it’ll limber up soon! :-)

Bengbeng, so you see.. the “stunt” he pulled on the parellel bars the last time was just “routine” for him :-)… but kids, don’t try this at home. (Must have disclaimer for everything these days. Hehe.)

So, Chan Kid; when can we expect to see those bulging pectorals, big biceps and protruding six packs?

  17. Bernard June 13, 2007 9:25 am

Nocturnale, still as skinny as a “lidi” i’m afraid. He’s a light eater.
