Meeting with Bengbeng and almost met with Lilian
It was good of Bengbeng to meet up with me on the Friday. I picked him up after a lecture and we had a nasi kandar dinner in Bukit Jambul. Can you imagine a nasi kandar shop occupying SIX shoplots? He has the photos on his blog. My camera was left in the office… so go to mylongkang for the photos. He accompanied me back to SP and was kind enough to wait for me when I went to see my patient at the hospital.
And also kind enough to wait for the dim-sum service at the overwhelmed dim-sum shop on Saturday mroning.
On the next day, I was supposed to go to Penang to meet the 5xmom, Lilian Chan, at Gurney Plaza, but I got held up by another meeting. Pelf, the nature conservation expert of Terengganu, called me and told me that the meeting was over already when I was going to go out to Penang. I was supposed to collect Bengbeng to go too.. but since the meeting had been cancelled and Joseph was not feeling very well, we cancelled. Too bad.. otherwise.. it would have been a meeting of the ? bloggers.
I hope the next time, we’ll actually get to meet up, Lilian and Pelf, who just turned *beep* on Friday. And it was indeed nice meeting you, Bengbeng.

I don’t know Mandarin but I know my surname. OMG, Pelf too? Nice!
wow this is good Bernard! hoping over to Pelf and lillian site to see what have they, also Bengbeng!
Wah, few days no blog then suddenly blog about eating, jalaning and meeting all the bloggers. Sounds fun. I hopped over to Bengbeng’s blog and the nasi kandar is enough to make me feel hungry. Sigh!
Happy Belated Birthday to Pelf who turned *beep* last Friday!

I know which shop you are referring to…you saw the queue?? I personally feels it is over-rated.

How does one say thank you without sounding corny? Bernard, thanks a million!
Haha…the truth unveil…this is where the loktor had gone dissappeared during the holidays…haha…=D
I’m gonna make you bring me to this Nasi Kandar stall when I come to Penang in July! Woohooo! Penang, here I come!
Lilian, yup!
George, Bengbeng’s got the photos.
Judy, I’ll bring you for nasi kandar too if you drop by Penang or SP.
May, I can guess her age but since she said “I don’t need to be reminded” in her blog …
sbanboy, come on over! It would be great to meet you too.
Babbles, there was no queue when we went.. perhaps it was too early. But the “daging seketui, kacang bendi, teloq satu dan kuah campoq banyak-banyak” was mouth-watering. Hehe. So where do you go for your dose of nasi kandar?
Mott, mari! mari! … have you seen the photos yet?
Bengbeng, thanks for coming by, mann. It was a pleasure having you here.
Chelsea, aiyoo.. still have to go back and see ward patients in the midst of that.
