    i guess everybody’s got a life on a saturday night except me :P i get to be first! even you have to run off to somewhere :) Blackmores is quick to issue an announcement on this subject but it’s at the chemist. I’ll get it tomorrow night and see what they’ve got to say about this.

    Sweetpea, i personally don’t think this should change practices… cos it’s too general. There’s no specific recommendations to be gleaned from the study.

    IT just serves to warn people that multivitamin supplement may not be all that harmless.

    Perhaps you could share what they have to say about it?

    Judy, I think… it’s best to take a healthy balanced diet. :-)

    I’m kind of worry on those supplements that I’m taking now…and my mum is taking vitamins too…hmmm…*scratchscratch*
