Start at the bottom where your nail starts to grow & go to the top & sratch just along the middle. If you do that it will have to grow together where you scratch it. Put on a cloth & put on your sore or wherever you have infection. Works for any infection on the outside of your body. Put on as hot as you can stand. For my childern I put it on over night & then change it until it's good. Testmony: one of the childern had a splinder in their foot & it was deep. Put this on over night. It was out the next morning.
