This is a one of a paired organ, peering out from among the loops of bowel. Can you tell what it is?

    what was wrong with the paired organ if it is indeed an ovary? cyst?

    Nyonya, jan, yes both are correct.. that’s the right ovary, looking like an eye-ball, and there’s a cyst (the reddish blot) on it.

    eve, got hadiah… a standing ovation for y’all :-)
    (eve, being the keen clinician, was wondering why I went and peeked at the ovary… read on for more.)
