Capoiera!!! i always forgotten what it is called. Watched a tv movie abt it many many years back (10yrs, may be). Wow, i just like it. Been asking around for a while but none of my friends know anything abt it.
Few yrs ago, saw newspaper article promoting it. they have classes in KL, but Bernard, dont know if they have classes in SP or Pg.
Learning martial art, dancing to the music at the same time. So song..... and the actions... jumping, twisting, flipping, so nice. so unlike those other martial art i'd seen on tv. :-)

Bernard: capoeira --> a kind of brazilian martial art, which we have adapted into a kind of cardio dance.
Info: www.capoeira.com

mm ngam key : literal translation --> the key doesn't fit into the lock. It means you are not talking something which is of interest to another party

yenjai, capo.. what???

eve, tennis is good oso.. maybe joseph will like it too. mm ngam (mat yeh) geh?

actually hor, i think when they train, they learn balance, strength, agility, endurance and, most importantly, common sense, which help them to prevent injuries. e.g. joseph is quite an adventurous type, so he'll perform all sorts of stunts at the playground that he thinks he can. but he won't do something that he's not confident he can do.

the one who's protected all the time doesn't know what he can and cannot do. he doesn't know his limitations.
