CC, do we need to use Wordpress to upload contents to the site? Or is there any other way? Just wondering

I don’t quite get you.
At the bottom of the right panel, there is a ’site admin’ (or login). Click on it.
Then you will enter into the panel.
Choose the ‘write post’
You can start writing.
What i was trying to ask was “Is the wordpress panel the only way to put up contents on the site?”
