Had a breast cancer awareness talk and breast self examination tutorial (using a silicon model) for the public in Kangar recently. I hope that the women who attended the talk do something to disseminate the awareness regarding breast cancer.
Went to Mulu recently. How come? ‘cos I didn’t get a chance to visit the caves when I was in Sarawak. So it was a nice to get a chance to go back again
